With other words, if the dividends which shown on our website or agreed are less, FirstConInvest, SA will pay the actual dividends and FirstConInvest, SRL the difference. Therefore you acknowledge that FirstConInvest, SRL remain the difference of the dividends above the returns, which were shown on our website or which was negotiated.
For the investment accounts with a term less than one year, the monthly payed returns is a prepayment to the estimated dividends.
